Booking an Exercise Class can be done below too! You can purchase a bundle of classes at the payment stage after you have selected a time. Directions can be found by clicking “see more” within the widget. Prices for all can be found underneath our booking sections. You do not need to book an Initial Physiotherapy Consultation to take part in an Exercise Class.

A Chartered Physiotherapist will diagnose you after careful assessment. This session will last 40 minutes. You will leave feeling prepared and more comfortable.

If another visit is necessary, your Physio will re-assess and make changes to your Care Plan. This session will also last 40 minutes.

A Chartered Physiotherapist will diagnose you after an assessment over Google Meet. This session will last 40 minutes.

Single Session
This is a 45 minute session for an individual. You will also receive a standard Digital Exercise Plan to follow afterward. Contact for Bundle Information.

We operate a 24 hour Cancellation Policy. If you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance, we will issue the full cost of your appointment.
