Stages of Physiotherapy at mybod
There are many things your Physiotherapist will implement to reduce immediate pain. For example, the focus may be to reduce swelling or inflammation. Your Physio will work with you on understanding your body and your injury, as your education and confidence will be the ultimate key to your recovery. Your input will also be equally as important. Weaving your Care Plan into your daily life may be difficult in the beginning, however, as you start to feel stronger, it will become second nature. Perhaps you’re at Stage 3 now and you want to build further? No problem.
You may have an injury or strain that is debilitating and overwhelms you.
Pain & Discomfort
After your immediate pain settles, the goal is to discern between pain and discomfort.
Strength & Confidence
Creating and using a toolkit for your injury will allow you to recover and prevent re-occurence.

All of our treatments are medical services and are viewed as such by official regulatory bodies.
